What is your delivery time?

When you order on Monday through Friday before 17:00, we will deliver your order the next day.

Should you order on Friday after 17:00? Then your package will be delivered on Tuesday at the latest.  

Sale items may take longer to deliver.

I received the wrong item. What happens to the return costs?

Should the wrong item be delivered, you can get in contact with our customer service. We will send you a return label, so you will not have to pay any return costs.

Can I order from abroad?

Yes, you definitely can! We deliver worldwide. We accept credit cards from all countries.

How do I place an order?

1.     search www.my-brand.com  your desired item on

2.     Select, if necessary, your size and/or desired colour.

3.     Click the yellowadd to shopping card-button.

4.     Click in the new screen Place order. You will now go to your shopping cart.

5.      Do you have a discount code? Then enter it under your shopping cart at  Apply discount code..

6.     Click Place order to start your order.

7.     Do you have an account? Then log in.

8.     Choose a delivery method and, if necessary, enter your delivery address.

9.     Choose a payment method and then easily complete the payment.

10.  Your order has been placed! We will send you a confirmation email and will immediately start processing your package.

Can I have my order delivered at another address?

Yes, you definitely can! When placing your order, you can enter a new delivery address.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, you definitely can! We’d love to gift wrap your order for you. Below your shopping cart, you can select the button GIFT WRAP ORDER. This comes with a €1.50 fee per wrapped item.

If you choose our gift wrapping service, we will send your order without invoice. In this case, you can enter an invoice and delivery address.

Can I check the status of my order somewhere?

Yes, you can. When your order leaves our sorting centre, you’ll immediately receive a Track & Trace code per email. This code allows you to track your package.

Can I cancel my order?

No, we unfortunately can’t make changes to your order. To deliver your order as swiftly as possible, we immediately start processing it at our warehouse! Unfortunately, we can’t make changes anymore at that stage.

Did you place your order less than fifteen minutes ago? Then don’t hesitate to get in contact with our Customer Service. We’ll happily check if your order can still be cancelled.

Can I change my order?  

No, we unfortunately can’t make changes to your order. To deliver your order as swiftly as possible, we immediately start processing it at our warehouse!

Can I change the delivery address if the order has already been placed?

No, we unfortunately can’t make changes to your order. To deliver your order as swiftly as possible, we immediately start processing it at our warehouse!

My package has been delivered, but I didn’t receive anything. Where has my package been delivered?

Did you already receive Track & Trace data from us by email? You can use it to see where your package is currently at. It’s possible it’s been delivered to the neighbours

When do I receive the confirmation of my order?

We will send you a confirmation of your order within half an hour. You don’t have it yet? Is it possible that our confirmation ended up in your Unwanted Email or Spam folder?

I didn’t receive an invoice/return form. Could you send it?

Oops, we forgot to add the invoice and return form. Want to return your package? Then get in touch with our customer service. They’ll send you the proper forms as swiftly as possible. You can fill in this return form and put it in the box. You can write down the following return address on the package.

I received the wrong item. How do I get the right item?

Oops, we made a mistake while packaging. We’ll happily solve this for you! Don’t hesitate to get in contact with our Customer Service. We’ll help you right away.

I have received my order and it was damaged/dirty. How can we solve this?

This is not supposed to happen! We’ll happily discuss the possibilities with you, In order to do this, don’t hesitate to get in contact with our Customer Service. We’ll figure out a proper solution together.

(Part of an) item is missing from my package. Will I still receive it?

Oops, that’s not right. It could be that one of your packages is still underway. In our email confirmation or your Order History, you can see whether your order consists of multiple packages.
